You agree to indemnify and hold AIWaves Inc and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Website or Services, any violation by you of this Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By accessing or using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
